The Jack Hilton Trust was established in 2023 as a not-for-profit association of those who appreciate Jack Hilton's literature and the lessons of his fascinating life story. We use his creative example as a way of encouraging new habits of reading and writing within the working-class communities we come from.
We use any income generated from the sale of his books to fund our readings groups and writing classes, which for the time being our held solely around  Greater Manchester. For details of when and where we meet, please visit our 'What we do' section, or alternatively please reach out to us through our Contact Form.
As a volunteer group we run on a standard committee system, with a chair, secretary, and treasurer and two ordinary members. If you would like to get involved, again, please reach out to us via the Contact Form
We hold our Annual General Meeting each September, with the details circulated to members in advance. This meeting is when we decide our goals for the next year.
